DUAS orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday. The transport company will keep you informed of the shipment tracking and the estimated delivery date. If you wish, you can also contact us.

Please note that our shipping times should be taken as a reference only and begin counting from the moment the package leaves our warehouse. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be sent the same day, those placed after this time, on a holiday or on a weekend will be sent the next business day. DUAS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, failed payments or any other circumstances, although we will do our best to minimize any potential delays.

Our orders are mainly delivered by the transport companies SEUR, DHL UPS.

If you buy before 1:00 p.m. and your address belongs to Barcelona city, you have the option of receiving your order the same day. We also deliver to hotels and tourist apartments. We will deliver it to you before 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, business days). Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. local time will be delivered the next business day. If you have an emergency, contact us and we will see how to solve it.
